Maker: Ayako Watanabe

・Crafted in: Hida Region, Japan

Hand-carved from wood and painted with vivid colors, each piece carries a warm texture and a unique presence. The natural grain of the wood and the artisan’s brushwork give every figurine its own character.

This playful combination of Okame and a Tengu mask adds both humor and story to everyday life.
The Tengu mask transforms into a spinning top, orbiting around her face before returning to place.
Simply by being displayed, the figurine brings rhythm and a touch of whimsy into the room, blending seamlessly with Japandi interiors or Minimal Japan spaces.
