Posing Lamp – Special Edition【220-240V】

This lamp was created by hat works company,Fujii Seibo in Onomichi, Hiroshima—an atelier with over 70 years of hat-making heritage—together with designer Shinya Yamamoto, under the new brand Mobje.
Produced as a special edition for Sukiya-zukuri Suehiro, it comes in a 220–240V version with a BF plug specification.

The natural translucency of washi combined with the softness of fabric creates a gentle, warm glow.
Each lampshade is sewn together with a single braid, composed of about 80% Japanese paper. This braid has excellent transparency and structural integrity, allowing the lamp to be bent, folded, and reshaped into diverse forms.

By bending or folding the shade, the expressions of light and shadow shift, harmonizing with the rhythm of everyday life.

■Care & Aging

Gently hand wash with lukewarm water diluted with neutral detergent.

After rinsing thoroughly, wrap in a towel to absorb excess water, shape it, and dry in the shade.

Over time, the textures of washi and fabric deepen, growing into a warmer and more personal presence in your home.
